I notice that none of the posters who attack the OP, or who set up foolish "straw man" arguments (without addressing any of the substance of the post- like the wars, bailouts to rich banksters, erosion of civil liberties) to attack Ron Paul have the balls to sign their names. They are cowards, and may history forget they were my countrymen. They can't attack the substance of his views, so they have to lie and distort, and they can't stand the fact that so many of their truly liberal brethren are waking up to the fact that Obama is just another Bu$h and are now supporting Ron Paul. I was ridiculed by my Democratic friends in 2008 when I said I was supporting Ron Paul- now many of them have come around and are (quietly, for now) expressing their support to me. Humanity is pretty much screwed regardless (especially by the looks of many of these posts). People are completely mentally deteriorated and brainwashed past the point of no return that maybe a massive population reduction should be in the cards and then the earth will actually get a chance of equilibrium. Ron Paul would have a profound effect on our country and transitively the world, but he'll probably get popped off within about 5 minutes anyway (JFK anyone?) so we'd be right back where we started. I hate to be pessimistic, but lets get real. Were under control by a dynasty of power hungry monkeys that are having too much fun flinging their own sh*t at each other and the rest of the world and no one is going to be able to do much about it as they don't have to influence (aka money) to do so. I'm gonna post up on a beach in Mexico where myself and my family can live out the last few years of civilization before some retard presses the button and everything vanishes in a bright light.

McCain/Palin...tools...same as Obama. I'm supporting Dr. Paul as one who can lead the country into the new system that replace our current failed one.

It would take a tremendous amount of support for him to succeed. He has many detractors and the mechanics of voting and vote tabulation are anything but secure and reliable.

The national security state will ensure that Obama gets his second term. The OBL narrative would not have been brought to such a decisive and favorable end unless he was to serve a second term.
